How we verify every dealer

Getting listed on TrustTractor is not automatic. Before a dealer is ever approved and published, our team comes out and inspects the operation in person — confirming the business is real, the equipment is on the lot, and the people behind it are who they say they are. Nothing goes live until it passes every step below.

Dealer identity confirmed

Legal business name, ownership, and registered address are checked against public records and the dealer's own website.

Contact details validated

Phone number, email, and physical address are confirmed directly with the dealer so buyers reach the right people.

On-site inspection

We visit the dealer's location in person to confirm the lot, the inventory on the ground, and that it is a genuine, operating equipment business — not just a name and a phone number.

Final review & approval

Findings from the visit are reviewed against the dealer's records. Only after everything checks out is the listing approved and published on our website.

Verification date recorded
